Pizza Cassorole Yummy.....

Well, I must say this is my first post of a recipe... I made pizza cassarole which is really yummy........I forgot to take some pictures in between but what can I say I am new to the whole blogging, and learning:)
Pizza Cassarole
1. 1 pound of ground chuck- I went over a pound a lil
2. A half a bag of 16oz wide egg noodles
3. 2 small jars or cans of favorite pizza sauce or make
your own( I do quick way:))
4. Peppers and Onions diced( toppings u like optional
cooked sausage, bacon, ham, etc.)
5. 1 bag of 16oz mozz. cheese
6. 1 small pack of pepperoni
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Fry hamburger and boil noodles, I added peppers and onion diced to meat mixture as it was frying, and boiled my egg noodles. Of course drain both items as they are fully cooked, start layering part. Put egg noodles down in cassarole dish, poor meat mixture over noodles, also any other toppings you may want to add that you cooked,like chopped bacon or sausage, ham pour some pizza sauce over the meat mixture or any topping you have added over meat mixture, add cheese and pepperoni, and then repeat the same layer. Bake at 350 for about 30- 40 minutes depending on how dark you like your cheese on top

I am about to do some major painting and redo. I want to go from a primitive decor to a more modern, out with old in with new. I am wanting to paint my living room a yellow, yes...a yellow, I am hoping to find a couple samples by the end of the week, and start striping the border off. I want to have more modern wall items, and everything, its a work in process, and my early spring project with help of hubby of course. I love all my items, but buying new can be expensive so I think I will hold an early spring yard sale first of May or end of April depending on weather. People love a good yard sale. I know because I am one of those people:0 I could use any ideas because my living room and dining room are combined. My lil brick house and I stress the word "little":) Well I know its not a huge beautiful fancy home, but it is my home and I am proud of it. I am happy you stopped by, and could use any ideas....And from my home to your home you are always welcome...

Missing In Action!!! A difficult traggic time.......

I was so excited to start up a blog, however over the last few weeks it has taken a back burner. My grandpa was very ill with his lung cancer, and I spent all my time I could with him before he passed. I lost my grandpa last Saturday March 5th. He went home to be with the Lord. Two weeks prior to that date his cancer became progressively worse, and he headed downhill..

This has been a very difficult time for me. I watched how much he suffered, and seen how much pain he was in. It was hard to see a man I have laughed with, cried too, and was the backbone of our family be so sick, and ultimately left us. I can be proud of the things he said to me and those words will live forever in my heart. I can be proud to know I was there and cleaned, cooked, and held his hand, and was there for my family. I know he was proud of me that was one of the things he told me on his death bed, and I feel blessed to have known he thought that way, and even more blessed to have had him as a grandpa. I have been grieving this past week, its been very difficult, but I can rest assured he is in an Amazing Place, as he knew God, and excepted Our Lord and Savior. I am happy to try back my blogging skills as my focus was gone and couldn't put it at 100%. I will be making cherry squares, redoing a coffee table into a sitting bench, and painting my living room and redoing it as spring appraches so I have lots to share. I am happy to know I have something to look forward too in blogging and hope you will help me out....I need friends in blogland to help begin to blog again, and hope that I can get over so much of the grieving I continue to feel. Thanks for reading what this post as it was difficult to write let alone share, but what makes blogging so unique is that with the rambling of how I feel I can find some Peace in it all...........

Coupons! Coupons! O My!! Look at all this merchandise I have gotton from coupons!!!

I have only been blogging for less than 2 weeks, and I have found great coupons, and I have snipped and clipped at various coupon sites, and found sites that list the various items on sale for the week, and I really can say I have saved a ton of money. Herbal Essence shampoo for a 1.00 a bottle, pro health toothpaste for around a 1.00, kotex item for a 1.50 a box, regular 4.00. Pantene shampoo, razors, Fructis hairspray and shampoo, men and women deoderants, lotions, so much just look at my inventory that I will keep adding too.  I  find items on sale, and use manufactors coupons with in-store coupons, lots of times they double and I use other coupon ideas, I may have 2 different coupons for the same item just a different amount off and I'll use both, they go through:0. I have really starting to figure out the whole getting an item for little money. Blogging has become a quest for finding the best coupons, best money saving ideas. I am learning so much, and really having fun saving all kids of money!!!!

I have been blogging for a very short time, and really enjoy it. I am not in it at all for the money!!! I will not make any money at all from my blog!!! I am only blogging to meet new people and make new friends, and see and hear the bloggers out there's ideas, and see and promote their blog or something they make. I will probebly buy more of fellow bloggers items. Starting with a tray I seen being given away, heck I am just gonna buy it. Anyhow, I went to one of the many coupon blogs and found one for bath and body works, it was buy any item get a travel size 5.00 item for free. So with coupon in hand, we yes we, went and I printed out nine coupons why I stopped at nine who knows, there was no limit on printing of coupon, and bought 9 .50 cent antibacterial carries as visiable in picture, they did not say a word about using the nine coupons, we all went in family that is and got first round, and went back later got second round, so we ended up with 45.00 worth of travel size items for under 5.00 The cost of the 9 antibacterail carriers, and tax. All under 5.00. I love the idea of blogging, I am learning so much, and am having so much fun finding ideas, and of course saving money!!!! 

Making my own inexpensive Valentine bouquet!

I was shopping about  at Wal Mart of course...I always come across the mark down flowers, the roses sometimes don't look the best at all, but the carnations always still have life left to them. I bought some pretty baby carnations and they were only $2.50. I cut them to fit in a vase I got at a yard sale(.50) last spring( my favorite vase) which I love, and added some ribbon from Dollar General that I got after Christmas for 75%off (.25 cents), and wrapped it around the vase, it amazes me how much the Christmas ribbon can be used for any occasion, and added two puffy glitter stickers, It adorned my table for several days untill the ones my hubby got me yesterday for Valentines Day finally took there place...I am sure the ones that my hubby got did not cost under 3.00 to make or put together...:)

My son and his cake, Yes I said my son!!

My son Austin had a biology project do. He made a 3-D  cake for his project. It turned out really cute, and I took a liking in seeing him enjoy something I never thought he would enjoy at almost 15 and hates to even make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.:0 He gave it a try and I must say the cake turned out really very cute. He had to find flowers to cut out and paste on his board with the cake and all he could find was pink, girly looking flowers no plants, he wasn't to happy about putting flowers on his display, but knew he had too, and given there were no other pictures to choose from he went with them:) I say he enjoyed making the cake, of course he says o mom it was ok.
